FlatnessAnalisys - a program to control the flatness of cold rolled strips and determine the extent to
specified parameters.
The functional purpose
The program is designed for the numerical evaluation of rolled strips flatness parameters as well as
statistical data on the
flatness variation and determine patterns of change in these parameters with a possibility of different
assessment methods choice.
The main functional advantages
- two approaches are implemented in the program for determining the percentage of guaranteed flatness compliance rates – by the length and area of the strip. Provided the inverse problem-solving - determination of flatness tolerances for a given deviation of the output of rolled steel;
- Batch processing is provided for flatness measurements data for a given number of strips. The results are presented in tables and graphs - trends that show patterns of change in the rejections share for different groups of strips by the thickness and width. Analysis of these trends allows to track the flatness change dynamics of rolled strips of various sizes and analyze the causes of deterioration and improve performance in various activities;
- The program offers diagnostic evaluation function valves and nozzles performance of selective roll cooling systems, determining the effectiveness of AFC, systems, the coefficients of correlation and transfer of control impacts via selective roll cooling.
Attention is drawn to the fact that the client application can be modified in compliance with the preferences of users. The program can be modified and configured to work with the format of databases on the flatness of rolled strips of a particular company.
