MTM developed methods and algorithms for parameters optimization of the of hot rolled and cold rolled strips production, implemented in specialized computer systems, which are an effective tool for research, optimization of technological modes and used in conducting of scientific and technical audits of the processes of rolled products production technology, in solution of actual practical problems , for education and training of engineering personnel of machine building enterprises and sheet mills complex.
Computer systems are protected by a certificate of product copyright registration. The systems are used by enterprises in Ukraine, Russia and Germany.
By using the developed computer systems were defined or clarified rational values of principal parameters of the upgraded equipment and new sheet rolling mills.
On the basis of the developed computer systems and methods of experimental research, the methodology was developed of scientific and technical audits of sheet rolling mills. As a result of scientific and technical audits of rolls cooling systems of WS HRM 2000 (MMK), 2000 (NLMK) and coolant supply in the stands of CCRM 1400 (NLMK) proposals has been developed to improve their efficiency, which were implemented in an industrial environment.
